Taste italian aperitivo, italian wines... and italian parties!! Then we get back the contact with unspoilt nature, moving to Carpineto Romano, a village perched among Lepini mountains! Here we will enjoy breathtaking landscapes and fresch air! We will take part in the Pallio della Carriera, with its medieval mood, costumed Knights and street artists for the whole night!! and, after the Romanesco class, you will be ready for the Fraschetta-experience and... you will regret to have discovered it sooo late!! ;) Lodging: dormitory in Rome; gym in Carpineto Romano!
