 AEGEE locals organize every year a considerable number of Cultural exchange: the members of one local (Es: BArcellona) are hosted for some days by the members of the other local (es: Roma) and they get to know them their culture, language and traditions. After a while, the hospitality is given back.
For the association this is at the hearth of European integration, as we are persuaded that integration cannot be a process coming from the top, but it should lie on friendship among people. Training on respect and love for different cultures is the core work of AEGEE. |
